Convectronics’ Sabre Thermocouple has been specifically designed for use in the food industries. The all-stainless steel construction with teflon insulated extension leads is completely autoclavable. Having a pointed tip this assembly lends itself to applications where semi-frozen, hard or raw foodstuffs must be penetrated for exact temperature readouts during preparation stages.
